I'm very late on introducing myself! After eight years of teaching grade eight, I decided to go back to university to get my senior certification (secondary school). After taking a couple courses I still had not been interviewed for the supply list so I decided in January to go back to school and take four more for more certifications. One of the courses began in January, two began the day before I was hired for a six week long term(!) and the fourth began last week. So, right now I am teaching (in another long term) high school, taking three courses (one ended in mid-April) and doing everything else raising three children, taking care of the house and six pets, entails. I had to put a few responsibilities on the back burner for awhile and this course was one of them. I've missed some interesting conversation, I'm certain! Nice to finally be "here". Hope everyone had a relaxing Mother's Day.
